We want you to love your hair results; if you are not completely satisfied with your K18 purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our safety hygiene standards for a full refund.

Return Process

  Verify that your item is within the 30-day return window and was purchased directly from K18 Hair Australia.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your RA number inside the box before shipping to our Melbourne distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
