What are your shipping rates within Australia?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $9.95 applies. Express shipping is also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I use K18 every day?
We recommend using the K18 Mask for 4-6 consecutive washes to see full repair results. After that, you can switch to maintenance mode and use it every 3-4 washes to keep hair healthy and protected.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless the product is faulty.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
Yes, we support Afterpay and ZipPay for all Australian customers. This allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free installments while receiving your products immediately.
